I don’t like passive aggressive actions.

They aren’t resolving anything, aren’t effective, and do not make the person seem any more in control. The internet lets us be passive aggressive too easily, and I think we’re slowly loosing our ability to resolve conflicts and confrontations.

How can you claim to love gays yet you don’t think they should be allowed to be married?

I tend to forget that most people don’t get married until their late 20s or in their 30s

Actually around 65% of women who marry in the US don’t marry until 26+ according to an article I read over the summer. I think it’s just that almost all of my female friends (usually dating a little older) are getting married earlier than 21 at moment, and it seems to have warped my mind into thinking it’s normal.

I don’t hate on those who marry early but I just don’t understand why. I don’t even know where I’ll be after college. I don’t even know if I wanna still be in Texas.

And why rush? I mean obviously you don’t want to wait 6 or 7 years, but I’d rather be engaged for a while and save up money for the wedding I’ve always dreamed of, and not worry about living paycheck to paycheck. I want to be financially, mentally, educationally, and career stable, even if that means I end up engaged for four years before the big wedding.

This is just my opinion of course, and if there are alternative circumstances I understand. I guess I just don’t want to rush what will eventually come.

I may have a different opinion than you, and that’s okay. It’s okay to have a different opinion, life would be boring if we didn’t. But please be courteous to those with different views, even with things small like TV shows. Stop telling people to go die (which I’ve seen over countless things), stop calling people names, and please respect each other like you would do in person.

For every shipper of any TV show out there:

We are shipping characters of books and TV shows, we like the idea of a certain couple together. All are our personal opinions, so why are people slandering each other over it? You can express opinions in a non threatening way.

Stop insulting each other. Stop cussing people out. And for goodness sake, Stop telling people to go die. Would you be telling people this stuff to their face?

We are all entitled to our own opinions, and no one is ever going to completely agree with who we want together. Debating your own opinion doesn’t hurt anyone, but at least be respectful about it. Treat others as you want to be treated, just because someone doesn’t feel about something the same way you do doesn’t make them wrong and worthy of an attack.

You’re allowed to question my beliefs, just as I am allowed to question yours.

Insulting doesn’t need to be used. But just remember that there is no special snowflake in either side. If you can judge my views, I can judge yours. No one’s views or beliefs are superior because they are subjective. It doesn’t matter whose is in the majority or minority. Just because someone doesn’t believe the same as you does not make them wrong, just as it doesn’t make you wrong either. The only exception to this case is science.
